Viewers Can Adjust the Volume
I hope you're sitting down. Behold this amazing new functionality when viewing MP4 videos (the kind created with Jing Pro) on Screencast.com. Now instead of just having the ability to turn the volume off or on, viewers can move the slider to adjust the volume.
High-five, right?
Alright, so we realize that this isn't as exciting as our Facebook output or 3-D capture, but we thought you still might like to know.
And yes, a volume slider for SWF-Videos (the kind created with the free version of Jing) is in the works.

Nice addition.
You know what I'd like to see as a Pro feature?

...
I knew you didn't, so I'm going to tell you.
I usually share Jing screenshots and videos with teammates within my organization. Sometimes though, I don't want sensitive things hosted externally on screencast. And while ftp and email options and saving locally and putting on the network are relatively easy . . I want easier.
I'd like to be able to easily deploy a simpler, screencast-like service on an internal server and set Jing clients within my organization to use that as a default upload.
Brilliant, no? Yes. Brilliant.
I'll start a timer now so we can see how long it takes to realize my dream. :)
