We've Been Listening...and We've Been Busy!
Since Jing's last big update we've received thousands of emails filled with feature requests, praise, and the opposite of praise. We read and appreciate every one. We also act on your feedback. Of course, we can't do everything at once, but ... we think a lot of you will really like the upcoming version of Jing.
We hope you're having a nice holiday season and happy New Year. We also hope you'll check back here early in 2009... say... January 6th?

I love it - a New Years present.

So I came across Jing from receiving an email that had used Jing to capture the screenshot... I downloaded it because I have nothing better to do with my time.
I played around with it, really easy to use! I'm really excited about the short video features because I really hate making long lists of screenshots to try and describe how to do something from them. Now I can make short videos that are easy to follow.
The only thing that I have to do it get a computer mic because this one doesn't have one included. Maybe it has one but it's not turned on... I don't know, maybe someone could Jing me a video and show me how to check and change it :)
So, so, so excited. I posted a bulletin on my myspace with the link to the jingproject. I figured that it's a relatively new program that is not really known. Happy users make free advertisement!
