Want to see Jing in action? Have feedback or feature reqeusts? Stop by the TechSmith booth at SXSW Interactive Festival in Austin, Texas! We'd love to meet you and chat. I'll be there March 8 - 12. The Jing Product Manager, Tony Dunckel, will also be at the show.

I have a few passes to the expo if you'd like to attend the exhibits. So, if you're attending SXSW or are in the Austin area, drop me an e-mail or call me on my cell, +1.517.410.0030. I'd love to chat with you about future projects, screencasting, product feedback, twitter, hockey, or whatever topic you choose! And, if you can't attend SXSW, I'd love to be your roving reporter. Any sessions you'd like me to attend?

H. Gibson :

I downloaded your program and it caused problems with my printer. It keeps wanting to to to my documents instead of the printer. I uninstalled your prog. and now it reloads the printer driver every time I bring up my system. What is the problem?

Aaaach! Jing requires something called .NET, which I downloaded, but a program MSCORSVW.EXE then ran and ate my CPU for 15 minutes. It's OK now, but I had to chase the what/why down; you might want to warn new users of it.

I've had no problems with Jing... really cool tool if you ask me! Shame it seems to have a few teething problems for some! =0

Best wishes
