I downloaded your program and it caused problems with my printer. It keeps wanting to to to my documents instead of the printer. I uninstalled your prog. and now it reloads the printer driver every time I bring up my system. What is the problem?
Aaaach! Jing requires something called .NET, which I downloaded, but a program MSCORSVW.EXE then ran and ate my CPU for 15 minutes. It's OK now, but I had to chase the what/why down; you might want to warn new users of it.
