Jing + Skype Chats = Cool!
I saw a great use of Jing this week. I participate in a Technology Chat room on Skype and at one point in the conversation, someone sent a link to a Jing screen capture!

This is a perfect use for Jing! It's much faster and easier for me to follow the URL than download a file sent via chat. One of the ways I use Jing the most is in instant message chats. Take a quick screenshot or video and post the link in your chat message. Done! Your point is made quickly and clearly.
How are you using Jing?

I use it for work to share things on my screen insanely fast (I telecommute).
Too bad our IM system uses MSN and that have that stupid .scr bug.
We use it during impromptu Skype chats about our product developments and for troubleshooting issues (user feedback). For spontaneous requirements during chat conversations, it's quicker and more efficient than establishing a remote viewing (i.e. GoToMeeting) or remote control session.
I was able to capture the video but not able to record the audio along with.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks,
Zia
I am new to Jing. I'm using it to leave "notes" for the students I teach at an elementary school. I'm going to be out tomorrow and I want to make sure they see their assignments. I'm posting the video on my website so I can avoid filter issues.
